Starters
Smoked Haddock & Salmon Parcels - poached haddock and salmon in cream cheese, wrapped in a smoke salmon parcel, served on green leaves with multigrain bread and butter
Chakalaka - Hot and Spicy Soup with grated cheddar cheese on top , served with a hot dinner roll
Duck and Port Pate - served with cranberry sauce with a toasted wholemeal bloomer and salad garnish
Stilton, Mushroom & Peppercorn Bruchetta - vegetarian, crispy garlic bread topped with two grilled open mushrooms, crumbled stilton and peppercorn sauce, served with a salad garnish
Main Courses
All main courses are served with roast potatoes, honey roast parsnips, brussel sprouts with bread sauce, baked butternut squash and baby carrots
Traditional Turkey and Gammon - slices of turkey reat, honey glazed gammon, sausages wrapped in bacon, stuffing and accompanied by a pot of cranberry sauce
Wild Alaskan Salmon Thermidor - a succulent supreme of salmon served with a classic thermidor sauce
Grilled Venison Medallion - a 6oz venison fillet served pink in order to provide the best texture and flavour, accompanied with a pot of redcurrent jelly.
Brazil Nut and Blue Cheese Squash - vegetarian, butternut squash filled with roast vegetables and chunky brazil buts, topped with dolcelatte cheese.
Desserts
Traditional Christmas Pudding - served with custard and cream
Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake - served with cream
Fruit Salad in Champagne - served with cream or ice cream
Cheese and Biscuits - served with fruit and salad garnish
After Dinner
